About the Role

Dynatect is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role offers a recent graduate the opportunity to learn B2B marketing, including trade shows, CRM data, email, social media, and website management. You will work with experienced marketers and see your contributions reach customers.

Responsibilities

Support trade shows and events, including planning, setup, and wrap-up for approximately 4-5 shows annually.
Manage event logistics such as registrations, shipping, materials, and post-show lead follow-up.
Maintain CRM and campaign data accuracy by preparing, importing, and quality-checking lead data.
Ensure leads are promptly routed to the appropriate sales contacts.
Coordinate marketing projects by tracking timelines and approvals.
Assist in the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, signage, and email assets, using brand templates.
Create and publish content, drafting copy for social media, email, and website.
Perform routine WordPress updates and manage the employee newsletter.
Organize and manage marketing assets and samples, fulfilling requests and tracking inventory.
Document processes, suggest improvements, and take ownership of assignments to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, event management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Good organization and follow-through abilities across multiple projects and deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Willingness to ask questions, work independently with guidance, and raise issues early.
A valid driver's license.
Ability to travel for trade shows, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and schedule adjustments during events.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, with team lifting for heavier items.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is preferred.
Ability to effectively utilize Windows-based office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn a diverse portfolio of industrial protection products and applications.
Willingness to work independently with moderate oversight.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for working on various projects and learning new skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under varying time and financial constraints.
Proactively seek opportunities for improvements and implement change initiatives.
Demonstrate a sense of ownership and commitment to business and customer interests.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Ability to travel as needed to support trade shows (typically 1-3 times per year).
