About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you will be at the heart of the store, ensuring exceptional service and bringing our brand to life on the sales floor. By coaching the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring optimal product presentation, you will create a shopping experience that delights our customers. Responsibilities
- Lead by example in greeting and advising customers, and coach the team in active customer engagement.
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor.
- Promote in-depth product knowledge and product storytelling within the team.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate deliveries, stock replenishment, price marking, and visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and inventory control guidelines.
- Support workforce planning and ensure adherence to personnel cost budgets in collaboration with management.
- Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and discuss them with management.
- Motivate the team to achieve common goals and embody our brand standards.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
- Flexibility in working hours to cover various store operational needs.
- Ability to coach team members clearly, respectfully, and motivationally.
- Solid operational expertise in deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Meticulous and reliable work approach with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Clear and positive communication style that contributes to team motivation.
- Adaptability and initiative to continuously improve daily operations.
