About the Role
Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We're looking for an HR Intern to be Taktile's ambassador to our future employees. You will collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our HR systems, keeping employee data accurate, and supporting the administrative tasks that keep our people operations running smoothly. By handling these essential tasks, you will contribute significantly to shaping the company's growth and ensuring we maintain a high standard of employee satisfaction and performance. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments to manage various HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate first-day agendas for new hires and manage communication for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update HR-related content on internal databases and manage employee profiles in HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare documents for various processes such as internal transfers and mobility.
- Assist in managing and communicating employee benefits.
- Provide general HR support by assisting with HR-related queries and offering timely, accurate information.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools to enhance people operations efficiency.
