About the Role
St. Ann’s Community is seeking experienced RN Nurse Managers for St. Ann's Home to ensure regulatory compliance and foster a person-centered culture.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the household team by providing clinical expertise.
- Conduct nursing assessments, including nutrition, elimination, hydration, skin integrity, respiratory and cardiac functions, mobility, cognition, and pain.
- Promote resident self-determination in activities, schedules, and healthcare.
- Ensure clinical operations comply with federal, state, and company policies.
- Coordinate unit-based Quality Assurance Programs and complete necessary documentation.
- Oversee maintenance of resident clinical records and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures as assigned.
- Admit and discharge residents in collaboration with CNO/ADON.
- Complete resident and family rounding with effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- RN required with three to five years related experience and/or training.
- CPR Certification required within one (1) month of hire and must be maintained.
- Long term care experience required.
