About the Role

The Manager position within the Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team offers an opportunity to support the US SME Business Line of Credit (BLOC) organization. This role will collaborate with various departments to provide strategic analyses, insights, sales performance, and thought leadership. The Senior Analyst will lead special projects, daily operations, and strategic initiatives, defining success metrics and key performance indicators to track business impact.

Responsibilities

Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business needs and establish analytical hypothesis and solutions.
Utilize Python and SQL for data manipulation and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques.
Drive alignment among customers and key partners.
Write compelling messages for various audiences and levels within the organization.
Problem-solve and think critically to develop data-backed insights.
Identify opportunities to strengthen business performance.
Address ambiguous challenges with a high level of accountability.
Adapt to evolving priorities and rapid change.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering)
Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must
Proficiency in analytical tools
Experience in Big Data environment, inclusive of data mining techniques
Hands-on analytics experience and understanding of data processing
Ability to address performance issues and manipulate both structured and unstructured data
Proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce, or statistical software programs
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot, macros, deck-writing)
Proven track record of independently developing novel analytical solutions optimizing business processes
Ability to cultivate relationships and partner with multiple collaborators, with superb interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver results, work independently, and prioritize tasks
Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment
Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Preferred)
