About the Role
Enter is helping homeowners reduce energy costs by installing heat pumps and PV systems, saving them approximately €1,500 annually. As Germany's leading energy consultant with significant funding and a growing team, we are pioneers in a rapidly expanding market.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and perform daily invoice verification.
- Process approximately 10 invoices daily, following up on missing documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile accounts and verify invoices.
- Participate in ongoing projects from the outset.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Fluent in German (minimum B2 level).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proactive attitude with a drive to advance processes and secure necessary documentation.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the role.
