About the Role
As a Team Leader, you're responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating your team to ensure smooth business operations and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to relating to processing and checking
- Perform and close all tasks with accuracy
- Liaise between all departments
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout the operation
- Maintain and monitor standard quality and safe working practices
- Adhere to safe working methods
- Coach all Warehouse Operatives daily in processes and procedures
- Deputize for Supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience working within a logistics environment is desirable
- Proficiency in WMS, verbal and written communication, and IT knowledge (e.g., Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Travel may be required
