About the Role

At Cell Labs, we are pushing the boundaries of what robotics can achieve by building humanoid systems. Our goal is to create systems that empower people rather than replace them. Our technology is already in use by leading industrial clients and partners, and our own product is nearing its launch. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of our early stage, take on responsibility, and build what others only talk about.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruiting and candidate experience: Own our recruiting processes from initial outreach to hiring, identifying talent, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating next steps while ensuring a professional and transparent candidate experience.
  • Hiring manager partnership: Collaborate closely with founders and departments to define requirements, create job postings, and align hiring timelines. Advise on recruiting strategies, market conditions, and selection decisions.
  • Offer management, onboarding, and HR support: Guide candidates through the offer phase, prepare contract documents, and manage the process through signing. Support onboarding and handle organizational HR tasks and visitor support as needed.
  • Recruiting processes, tools, and KPIs: Develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes, utilizing our ATS, automation, and AI-powered tools. Analyze metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline conversion, keep hiring managers informed, and drive improvements.
  • Employer branding and recruiting marketing: Strengthen Cell Labs' employer brand with the marketing team, develop compelling recruiting content, and optimize recruiting channels to attract suitable talent.
  • Recruiting events and partnerships: Develop events and partnerships, from career fairs to smaller office events, to connect with potential talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in independent end-to-end recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or international tech environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes concurrently and maintain an overview even with a high volume of applications.
  • Interest in complex technologies and ideally experience filling technical positions in software, engineering, hardware, or other tech fields.
  • Proficiency in conducting structured, competency-based interviews, assessing candidates, and providing clear recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Confident communication skills, ability to constructively question requirements, and bring different perspectives together.
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant recruiting KPIs.
  • Enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Structured, independent, and pragmatic work style with a sense of responsibility and ability to find straightforward solutions amidst changing priorities.
  • Empathetic, people-oriented approach, willing to assist with tasks outside of the primary scope.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
