About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, curious Talent Acquisition Associate at the start of their career who wants to learn the craft properly within a fast-growing company. This role involves running hiring processes end-to-end, managing recruiting coordination, and learning from an experienced global team.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and AI-assisted tools, building and maintaining pipelines.
- Manage hiring for early-career and less complex roles from sourcing to offer.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand needs, provide updates, and offer market feedback.
- Ensure a positive and well-managed candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle recruiting coordination tasks such as scheduling, ATS hygiene, and candidate communication.
- Track pipeline progress, report on metrics, and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in learning opportunities like intake sessions and calibration conversations, gradually taking on more complex roles.
Requirements
- A degree with strong academic results or equivalent achievements.
- Demonstrated hunger and drive to build a career in recruiting.
- Curiosity, sharpness, and the ability to ask good questions and learn from interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
- Comfort with technology and an interest in AI-assisted tools.
- Experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or similar people-focused roles is a plus.
- Interest in the tech and cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Experience with an ATS or sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
