About the Role

At Cell Labs, we are pushing the boundaries of what robotics can achieve by building humanoid systems. Our goal is to create systems that empower people rather than replace them. Our technology is already in use by leading industrial clients and partners, and our own product is nearing its launch. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of our early stage, take on responsibility, and build what others only talk about.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our existing visual identity and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
  • Create design guidelines and ready-to-use templates for presentations, documents, and social media.
  • Design our digital brand presence for investors, customers, and partners, including our website, presentations, newsletters, and digital data rooms based on a consistent design system.
  • Design brochures, product data sheets, business stationery, and signage for our offices and workshops.
  • Create merchandise such as hoodies and stickers.
  • Develop key visuals and campaign materials for our upcoming product launch.
  • Design trade fair stands, banners, and displays.
  • Coordinate collaboration with printing companies and exhibition stand builders, and assist with on-site setup if needed.
  • Create graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, adapting designs for each platform and showcasing our robots effectively.
  • Support other departments with their design requirements, including recruiting, employer branding, technical documentation, press materials, PR, and internal events.

Requirements

  • Completed education in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Brand Design, or a comparable field, or equivalent self-taught skills demonstrated through a portfolio.
  • Several years of design experience, whether from an agency, design studio, company, or freelance work.
  • Proficiency in creating professional print data and experience collaborating with printing companies.
  • Familiarity with color proofs, paper selection, and production deadlines.
  • Confident use of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Pitch, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Ability to develop initial drafts quickly and improve them iteratively.
  • Skill in managing multiple parallel projects and knowing when a result is ready for implementation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
