About the Role
Enter is helping homeowners save money on energy costs by installing heat pumps and PV systems. As Germany's leading energy consultant with significant funding and a growing team, we are pioneers in a rapidly expanding market. This role offers the opportunity to help build new structures within our People Department, focusing initially on recruiting and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruiting
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Exploring modern recruiting campaigns (social media & funnels)
- Recruiting operations in Personio, ensuring clean processes, clear data, and reliable reporting
- Monthly check-ins with leadership regarding KPIs and personnel matters
- Serving as an employee contact for individual personnel issues
- Responding to correspondence
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for startups and building a People Department
- Willingness to grow into other People areas
- Drive and initiative
- Proactive approach with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruiting/HR/People & Culture in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Initial experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent German (company language)
- Good English is an advantage
