About the Role

The Order Management & Inventory Analyst is responsible for protecting the integrity, accuracy, and continuity of critical SAP transactions across the supply chain. This role proactively identifies, investigates, and resolves SAP errors that could disrupt Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, inventory movements, order fulfillment, and warehouse execution, working globally across all regions. The analyst partners with Distribution Centers, 3PLs, Customer Supply Chain, Transportation, IT, and Finance to maintain inventory accuracy, support monthly inventory reconciliation, and keep SAP and WMS inventory aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor SAP daily to identify and eliminate errors that may prevent successful execution of Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, inventory transfers, stock movements, order processing, warehouse processing, and shipping activities.
  • Investigate transaction failures, interface errors, master data issues, inventory exceptions, and other system conditions that could interrupt inbound or outbound operations.
  • Perform daily SAP error management and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams, 3PL partners, IT, and external service providers.
  • Analyze recurring SAP errors, identify root causes, and drive sustainable corrective actions to reduce repeat failures.
  • Maintain issue logs, escalation tracking, and resolution documentation for critical operational errors.
  • Support SAP testing, process improvements, and system deployment activities as required.
  • Prepare Sol de Janeiro and 3PL inventory files for monthly reconciliation.
  • Analyze discrepancies between 3PL and Sol de Janeiro inventory snapshots.
  • Reconcile SAP and WMS inventory at the material, batch, plant, and storage-location level.
  • Research inventory differences and coordinate timely resolution with warehouse, Finance, IT, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Support month-end inventory reconciliation, cycle count, physical inventory, and audit activities.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and identify trends, risks, and recurring sources of variance.
  • Determine appropriate corrective actions for validated inventory discrepancies.
  • Post approved stock adjustments and inventory movement transactions in SAP in accordance with company controls.
  • Support inbound and outbound transaction processing, including ODPC and other operational inventory-control processes.
  • Assist with Amazon and other key customer or channel inventory activities.
  • Collaborate with internal Sol de Janeiro stakeholders to resolve inventory issues caused by external operational factors.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for SAP errors, transaction failures, inventory reconciliation results, inventory adjustments, and SAP-to-WMS discrepancies.
  • Provide clear status updates on critical issues, root causes, business impact, ownership, and resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen system controls, improve data quality, and reduce manual intervention.
  • Document standard work and support training for recurring SAP and inventory processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, order management, supply chain operations, ERP transaction support, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience working in SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience supporting warehouse operations and 3PL partners.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze large, detailed data sets.
  • Experience researching inventory discrepancies, transaction failures, and system exceptions.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Amazon and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Experience supporting SAP-to-WMS integrations and inventory reconciliation at the material and batch level.
  • Knowledge of Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, stock adjustments, inventory movements, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Understanding of inventory accounting, period-end reconciliation, and audit controls.
  • Experience in consumer products, beauty, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or omnichannel fulfillment.
