About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform repair and maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and acceptable time frames, while troubleshooting and rectifying potential problems on location.
- Interacts with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Documents all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submits daily.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follows all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
