About the Role

This role requires flexibility and ownership, moving between various product and project management functions. It's ideal for individuals who thrive on tackling complex, high-impact problems with a broad scope rather than a narrowly defined one.

Responsibilities

  • Run point across a multi-vendor ecosystem, explaining how all platforms and teams connect.
  • Understand user needs deeply to represent them accurately.
  • Own product direction, connecting customer needs, business priorities, and technical realities.
  • Define outcomes and make tradeoffs to keep the roadmap focused.
  • Workshop with users and stakeholders to define problems and shape features.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure their implementation.
  • Build and own the backlog, working directly with developers.
  • Analyze data (JSON payloads, API responses, logs) across multiple systems to find answers.
  • Identify and own dependencies across teams and systems.
  • Maintain a clear view of concurrent workstreams, identifying risks, decisions, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Build working relationships with dependent teams, especially when not owning the system.
  • Work effectively across time zones, facilitating communication between Poland-based engineering and U.S. West Coast clients.
  • Act as a fallback technical support layer for the product when needed.
  • Say no to requests that do not align with the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product delivery role.
  • Proven experience owning products or major features from discovery through delivery.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and requirements.
  • Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with UX/design and engineering teams.
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate opportunities and define success measures.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations involving APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to identify gaps and surface risks early.
  • Comfortable operating in a consulting environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-services organization (Nice to Have).
  • Experience with consumer-facing digital products, mobile applications, loyalty, hospitality, gaming, e-commerce, or similar customer experience platforms (Nice to Have).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro/Mural, Figma, and product analytics platforms (Nice to Have).
  • Experience using AI or automation tools in product workflows (Nice to Have).
