About the Role
Unity Spark is a browser-based game creator built with the Unity engine, combining an AI chat, a full game editor, and real-time collaboration. We're exploring new AI-first interfaces for real-time 3D, focusing on collaboration and providing advanced tools for creators. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape this experience, working on a small team where designers prototype in code and ship to production. You will analyze creator usage, identify pain points, and help set product direction.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX across the AI chat, the game editor and real-time collaboration
- Observe how creators use Spark, gather their feedback and turn it into the most important problems to solve
- Explore new concepts for AI-first, real-time 3D interfaces and prototype them in React and with AI tools
- Design for both desktop and mobile web
- Work with product, engineering and AI teams to turn ideas into shipped features
Requirements
- A portfolio of web/gaming/editor products shipped on desktop and/or mobile
- Examples of gathering user feedback and behavior and turning it into product decisions
- Hands-on React skills and daily use of AI tools in your work
- Expert Figma skills, including working with design systems
- Experience designing AI or collaborative products
- Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
