About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) to deliver high-quality SAFe/Agile training to teams. The role involves facilitating sessions for diverse audiences, including delivery professionals, Agile practitioners, and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be available on short notice for training delivery in December.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality SAFe/Agile training to teams.
- Facilitate training sessions with a mixture of delivery professionals, Agile practitioners, and senior stakeholders.
- Tailor training to different levels of Agile/SAFe maturity.
- Provide further training/coaching support where required.
Requirements
- Must be available at short notice.
- Must have capacity to deliver training during December.
Skills
- SPCT (SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer) certification
- Strong track record of personally delivering SAFe training courses
- Experienced in training and coaching within large, complex organizations
- Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder and presentation skills
- Able to tailor training to different levels of Agile/SAFe maturity
