About the Role
We are developing our own technology to become one of the most modern gastronomy companies. We are looking for students who want to not only write code but also help shape the future.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features for the ordering portal in the frontend and the API used by our customer app.
- Further develop NhasOS, e.g., invoice approvals, inventory, or digital checklists.
- Develop and maintain interfaces, e.g., the POS integration currently in development.
- Write tests for time slot and price logic.
- Automate internal processes, e.g., with Python and APIs.
- Accompany ideas from the initial sketch to the restaurant routine.
Requirements
- Enrolled at a university in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or another field involving programming (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering).
- Initial practical programming experience and interest in modern web technologies from university, jobs, or personal projects.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software development, regularly using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to use AI tools purposefully from conception through development to debugging and optimization, understanding and critically reviewing AI-generated code.
- Ability to independently learn new things, ask questions when stuck, and contribute own ideas.
- Good German or English language skills; German is a plus for team coordination.
