About the Role
New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
Responsibilities
- Learn the installation process of product lines safely and with quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a current driver's license with a good driving record.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer facing appearance.
Skills
- Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Experience in construction or working with tools may help progress faster but is not a requirement.
