About the Role
The Framing Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of framing installed sales, training, supervising, and directing framing installation crews, performing quality checks, maintaining records, planning work, apportioning tasks, overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring crew safety, assisting with field estimates, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.

- Install framing, if needed
Requirements
- Ability to use Word Processing Software
- Ability to use Spreadsheet and Internet Software
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Ability to read and comprehend documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak/present in front of a small group
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems in standardized situations
Salary/Compensations
- $65,000-$85,000
- Salary dependent on experience
