About the Role
You know the infrastructure behind capital markets and want to help shape its further development. At Accenture, you will develop strategies, evaluate new business opportunities, and drive change implementation. You will advise stock exchanges, clearing houses, central securities depositories, and custodians on growth and transformation. Together with our clients, you will further develop business and operating models and investigate the benefits that digital assets, AI, and new technologies can create.
Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies: Analyze markets and competition and identify new business opportunities for market infrastructure providers.
- Make informed decisions: Create business cases, evaluate options, and prepare recommendations for management.
- Shape operating models: Develop target images for the interplay of organization, processes, and technology.
- Drive transformations: Take ownership of work packages from strategic conception to implementation.
- Evaluate new opportunities: Investigate the potential of digital assets, AI, and new post-trade solutions for specific offerings and services.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in market infrastructure, securities business, or strategy consulting.
- Understanding of the tasks and interplay of stock exchanges, CCPs, CSDs, or custodians.
- Experience from growth, transformation, or operating model projects.
- Ability to develop robust business cases and communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly.
- Curiosity about digital assets, AI, and new approaches in post-trade; initial experience is a plus.
