About the Role
Gestalte die Weiterentwicklung des Investmentgeschäfts mit, indem du Fonds- und Portfolioprozesse verbesserst, moderne Betriebsmodelle entwickelst und neue Möglichkeiten in Private Markets, Digital Assets und KI erschließt.
Responsibilities
- Optimierung von Abläufen im Portfoliomanagement und entlang des gesamten Fondslebenszyklus.
- Gestaltung des Zusammenspiels von Organisation, Prozessen und Technologie zur Entwicklung moderner Betriebsmodelle.
- Übernahme eigener Arbeitspakete von der Business-Analyse bis zur Umsetzung zur Vorantreibung von Veränderungen.
- Entwicklung von Prozessen und Lösungen für Private Markets und Digital Assets.
- Erarbeitung konkreter Anwendungsfälle für KI, z.B. für Datenanalyse, Dokumentenverarbeitung oder Reporting.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Asset Management oder in der Beratung von Investmentunternehmen.
- Praktische Kenntnisse von Fonds- oder Portfolioprozessen und dem Zusammenspiel von Organisation, Prozessen und Technologie.
- Erfahrung in Business-Analyse, Requirements Engineering oder Projektmanagement.
- Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung komplexer Themen und sichere Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen und Management.
- Neugier auf Private Markets, Digital Assets oder KI; erste Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil.
