About the Role
As a member of the BTI team, you will be the right person at the right time for the skilled trades. Since 1972, we have been creating long-term connections with our products, in trusting relationships with our customers, and in daily teamwork.
Responsibilities
- You competently, friendly, and solution-oriented advise our customers in the Handwerker-Center.
- You actively sell our products and find the right solution for every need.
- You ensure an appealing product presentation, order in the center, and keep an eye on the warehouse.
- You reliably process orders, complaints, and customer inquiries.
- In addition, you support in the warehouse and take care of incoming goods.
- You work closely with field service and contribute to mutual success.
Requirements
- Completed training in retail or skilled trades; career changers are also welcome.
- You enjoy customer contact and have a strong service orientation.
- You are enthusiastic about technical-chemical products and services.
- Organizational talent, initiative, and team spirit characterize you.
- Your friendly demeanor and good German language skills in speaking and writing are beneficial for communication with customers and colleagues.
