About the Role
Bruegger's Bagels is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join their bakery team for the summer season. Team Members are responsible for creating a positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy making people's mornings and are looking for a role with work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
- Keep a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
- Employment is contingent on business needs and performance.
- Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
