About the Role
As an Operations Senior Analyst on the Sixth Street Global Operations Team, you will support private investment execution, counterparty management, cash management, and reporting. This role is integral to a growing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a single European Operations team, collectively based across the London and Luxembourg offices, that focuses on deal execution for our European private investing activities
- Manage pipeline, transaction settlement, booking and monitoring, exits and restructurings, risk reporting, foreign exchange hedging, and bank account management
- Coordinate with counterparties and external partners
- Partner with investing professionals, internal and external counsel, tax, compliance, and other Sixth Street CORE professionals to ensure cross-functional communication and coordination
- Ensure appropriate cash and/or credit are available for new investments
- Ensure investment cash and settlement controls and protocols are adhered to
- Perform timely and accurate setup of new investments to the order management, accounting, and reporting systems
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies, including technologies relevant to deal execution
- Work with external service providers to ensure tax structuring and compliance requirements are met
- Assist with the development and production of daily and monthly reporting
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects, both operational and financial
Requirements
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented candidates with strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills

- Strong combination of organizational and interpersonal/communication skills
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in middle and/or back-office operations at a buy-side organization investing in private, highly structured transactions
- Experience at a private equity or private credit alternative asset management firm or investment bank
- Experience with Advent Geneva and/or Allvue is a plus
- Operations experience within the Real Estate asset class would be beneficial
- Self-starter who requires little direction
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Structured problem solver who can synthesize sophisticated information into implementable recommendations and solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- Comfort working in a high growth, iterative environment
