About the Role

We plan to double the team in 2027. You’ll hire across GTM: the teams that win our customers and tell the world about Light. This role requires someone who can bring structure to a fast and sometimes messy hiring process, acting as a guardian of talent density by fixing what’s in the way, rather than just screening candidates.

Responsibilities

Own Marketing hiring end to end, from individual contributors to leadership
Work on Sales searches alongside our Sales Talent Partner, including account executives, SDRs and partner sellers
Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders from the start: shape the role, challenge the brief, and build the scorecards and calibration that keep the bar high
Identify and resolve issues causing search delays, such as brief, compensation, location, or assessment problems
Map markets for frequently hired GTM profiles and build talent pools
Hire internationally, providing visa sponsorship and relocation support as the GTM team expands

Requirements

4+ years in Talent Acquisition, mostly in-house or in embedded or RPO-style roles, hiring GTM teams, including Marketing, in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech
Ability to quickly switch focus between different GTM roles, understanding their specific requirements and markets
Deep knowledge of the London and European GTM talent market, including company structures, compensation, and typical talent movements
Proven ability to maintain hiring standards under pressure and make difficult decisions, such as rejecting candidates even with tight deadlines
A proactive approach to problem-solving, analyzing the root cause of search issues before proceeding with screening
Ability to work at pace, bring structure to chaotic situations, and maintain momentum when priorities shift
Track record of proactive sourcing and engaging candidates before roles are opened
Hands-on experience using AI to improve recruiting processes, with demonstrable examples
