Requirements
- 4+ years designing end-to-end on tier-1, design-led, mobile-first consumer apps.
- A design engineer who builds with coding agents to multiply output.
- Obsessive about small details, including 1px differences, transitions, and haptics.
- Starts from the user's problem and makes trade-offs explicit.
- Has taken on more scope, faster than peers.
- Curious, self-directed, and excited by ambiguity.
- Worked in fintech or wealth (even better).
- Designed agent chat or generative UI (even better).
- Taken a product from 0 to 1 at an early-stage company (even better).
