About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant to deliver client-facing consulting services, assess and develop solutions, and manage the consulting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and technology consulting services to organizations within a specialized industry domain, leveraging industry expertise to help clients navigate complex business transformation initiatives, bridge capability gaps, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Contribute to the assessment, design, and development of solutions incorporating company products, managed services, outsourced IT offerings, and proprietary methodologies.
Understand business objectives, define requirements, develop delivery strategies, and create compelling project proposals and statements of work.
Participate in the full consulting lifecycle, from initial client engagement and solution planning through project execution, stakeholder management, and final project closure.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to provide trusted advisory services and ensure the successful delivery of transformational initiatives.
Lead, where required, the design and implementation of complex technology solutions, including solution architecture, system integration, software selection, configuration, testing, deployment, user enablement, and operational transition.
Ensure solutions align with client business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with client and internal leadership teams to deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to business growth through participation in sales engagements, proposal development, solution presentations, and opportunity identification.
Lead small to medium-sized, moderately complex projects or act as a senior contributor on large, strategically important initiatives.
Exercise sound judgment, resourcefulness, and independent decision-making when addressing complex business and technical challenges.
Apply specialized expertise to evaluate broad and multifaceted issues, develop innovative solutions, and recommend improvements to processes, methodologies, and service offerings.

Requirements

A Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex business and technical challenges, exercise sound judgment, and develop innovative, practical solutions.
Experience or knowledge of technology consulting, solution architecture and design, and digital transformation and change initiatives.
Working knowledge and understanding of Agentic AI and related technologies, with an awareness of their potential applications in business and technology transformation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills, with the ability to support proposal development, pre-sales activities, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
Working knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services industry within the EMEA region.
