About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver projects and grow our Value and Access service offering. In this Senior Analyst role, you will own client projects, provide strategic advice, and mentor teams to ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines. You will collaborate across Market Access, HTA, and Health Economics teams, contributing to projects like HTA submissions, value materials, and health economic models. This role also involves developing client partnerships and supporting business development.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client projects
- Provide strategic advice to clients
- Support and mentor project teams
- Ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables to agreed timelines
- Work across Market Access, HTA and Health Economics teams
- Deliver a variety of projects (e.g., HTA submissions, value materials, health economic models)
- Contribute to the development of long-term client partnerships
- Support business development initiatives
- Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands
- Motivate colleagues and manage the delivery of project components effectively
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1)
- Demonstrated professional experience in delivering HTA and/or Market Access projects
- Direct experience developing HTA submissions and/or global value materials (value dossiers, value propositions, objection handlers)
- Technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients on project content and approach
- Experience leading client communication in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to adapt to varied communication styles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of written accuracy
- Demonstrable project management skills to ensure timely project delivery
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands
- Leadership or mentoring skills
