About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategic concepts and consulting approaches for public and private clients.
- Assist in ongoing projects through site analyses, business model development, and project evaluations.
- Conduct economic valuations, structural analyses, and calculations at the property, company, and portfolio levels.
- Independently research and prepare legal, organizational, and financial issues, as well as benchmarks and best practices.
- Create presentations, reports, and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of workshops, interviews, and presentations, as well as in the further development of internal tools and methods.
Requirements
- Advanced studies in Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Economics with a real estate focus, or a comparable field of study.
- Initial practical experience, ideally in consulting or project management.
- Proficient in MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong strategic understanding.
- Motivation to actively contribute, develop, and shape within an exciting and future-oriented work environment.
