About the Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will advise clients on the advancement of their Microsoft-based workplaces and develop suitable strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps. You will design solutions for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and security, and virtual workplaces. You will also shape AI-powered solutions for service desks and end-user helpdesks, including virtual agents, automated ticket processing, and self-service.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the advancement of their Microsoft-based workplaces and develop suitable strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps.
- Design solutions for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and security, and virtual workplaces.
- Shape AI-powered solutions for service desks and end-user helpdesks, including virtual agents, automated ticket processing, and self-service.
- Accompany clients before tenders, present solution concepts, and collaborate with Sales and Delivery on proposals and effort estimations.
- Ensure concepts function during implementation and hand them over to delivery teams in a structured manner.
- Develop workplace offerings and reference architectures, and contribute experience to client projects and PoCs as needed.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in the Microsoft workplace environment.
- Practical project experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Experience in client consulting and pre-sales; ability to explain technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Good understanding of how architecture, operations, security, and user experience align.
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams and handing over solutions for implementation.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
