About the Role
Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Filling Technician to work in a mission-based, creative culture where doing well and doing good are one and the same. This role is crucial in supporting the company's mission to create and share imaginative and innovative tools of color, line, and texture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare supplies for filling operations.
- Operate filling machines.
- Perform capping and labeling tasks.
- Put away finished product.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to work process improvements.
- Assist team members as needed.
- Utilize production software and complete necessary paperwork.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Team player mentality, ready to assist wherever needed within the department.
- Good attendance record.
- Basic computer skills.
- May require a physical assessment and background check.
