About the Role
We are expanding digital sovereign workplace solutions and are looking for an Enterprise Architect to advise clients on designing digital workplaces, evaluating dependencies, data sovereignty, and security needs from a technical perspective. You will develop target architectures and migration paths for workplace solutions using European and open-source-based components, and conceptualize sovereign AI solutions for workplace and service processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on designing digital workplaces, evaluating dependencies, data sovereignty, and security needs from a technical perspective.
- Develop target architectures and migration paths for workplace solutions with European and open-source-based components.
- Holistically consider the workplace, from collaboration and client management to identities, integration, and service/operating models.
- Conceptualize sovereign AI solutions for workplace and service processes, such as knowledge search, document processing, and assistance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to develop viable offerings and guide clients from initial consultation through implementation.
- Provide technical leadership for a small implementation and transformation team in projects and work with technology and open-source partners.
- Contribute project experience to reference architectures and the further development of the offering portfolio.
Requirements
- Sound architectural and project experience with open-source-based workplace solutions.
- Ability to technically classify solutions like openDesk and the ZenDiS ecosystem and connect them into a viable overall architecture.
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management, integration, and operating models.
- Experience in customer consulting and ability to clearly communicate complex technical decisions.
- Ability to consider requirements for digital sovereignty, data protection, and security from an architectural perspective.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
