About the Role
As a Venture Development Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Founders and Founders Associate, shaping our startup's growth across venture development, sales, and strategy. Gain unique insights into building and scaling a startup.
Responsibilities
- Extend the business side of our founding team, supporting across multiple areas such as business development, sales, and strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions
- Help define and improve internal processes as we scale
- Take ownership of projects that drive real company progress
- Collaborate on communications and branding efforts
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics or related field
- Gained first professional experience, preferably in consulting, VC or Startup
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Office Software or equivalent tools
- Fluent in both German and English
- Minimum availability of 4 months
