About the Role
As an Engagement Product Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in client interactions and project delivery, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze client requirements related to different business processes, Gen AI, and AI/ML integration.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Contribute expertise in integrating Agentic AI, Generative AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product features.
- Create solution proposals with As-Is, To-Be process details along with complete requirements gathered from clients.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of Agentic AI/ML solutions based on client requirements.
- Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, focusing on client-specific requirements and expectations.
- Prioritize user stories based on business value, client impact, and technical feasibility.
- Play a key role in project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Good knowledge on Legal, Finance and Accounting or Banking/Insurance domains.
- Familiarity with supply chain and customer and IT operational business knowledge.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end process automation in any one area of ITOPs, P2P, O2C, R2R, Finance, Banking, or Supply Chain.
- Comprehensive understanding of client applications including ERP and Production Ops workflows.
- To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
- No nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
- Other criteria and checks required for BPSS.
