About the Role
Join Healthcare United as a Family Physician / Internist in a 100% outpatient Primary Care practice in the Montville Area, Connecticut. Build lasting patient relationships with coordinated specialty access and advanced documentation technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care for adult patients.
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team for patient management and follow-up.
- Participate in phone-only call coverage averaging two weekends per year and one weeknight every two months.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility.
- Current CV required.
