About the Role
This combined training and further education program with C&A allows you to gain practical experience in stores while acquiring sound business knowledge. Over three years, you will develop into a commercial all-rounder, laying the foundation for diverse specialist and management roles in retail.
Responsibilities
- Learn about inventory management and attractive product presentation.
- Advise customers and actively support sales.
- Handle cashier duties and assist in organizing daily store operations.
- Collaborate closely with Store Leadership and Visual Merchandising.
- Gain insights into operational key figures, planning processes, and organizational procedures.

Requirements
- Completed subject-restricted or general higher education entrance qualification (Hochschulreife).
- Enthusiasm for fashion and retail, with an interest in economic contexts.
- Willingness to take responsibility, organized work style, ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Communicative, open, friendly, and respectful approach to others.
- Very good German language skills and basic English knowledge.
- Proficient PC user with standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous retail experience (e.g., from school internships or part-time jobs) is advantageous but not required.
