About the Role
Allen Motor Group is seeking a Vehicle Technician for their Ford dealership in Uxbridge. This role is crucial for providing technical and diagnostic services while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
- Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
- Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
Skills
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualification
- MOT Tester qualification (highly beneficial)
- Fantastic verbal and written English skills

- Basic salary of £28,825
- OTE of £42,500
- Average technician earnings were £42,500 last year
- Higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000
