About the Role
This is a free training course followed by the potential for a role with one of our clients. Our clients are looking for an iOS Engineer to join their team. As an iOS Developer, you will be part of an engineering team responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. You will apply your knowledge of iOS development to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet client needs. Working in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of mobile projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality and organisation
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in iOS application development using Swift
- Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Data and UIKit
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Familiarity with Apple design principles and application interface guidelines
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
