About the Role
Drive meaningful change across WorkNest by delivering improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, and the adoption of AI, automation, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Analyze processes, challenge existing ways of working, and implement improvements.
- Deliver projects from initial discovery through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Help teams embrace new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges.
- Use data and insight to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Build strong relationships across the business and influence positive change.
Requirements
- Experience delivering business improvement, transformation, operational excellence, or process improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable working across functions to drive change.
- Naturally curious, commercially minded, and passionate about finding better ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Experience working alongside technology teams to deliver digital, automation, or AI-led improvements.
- Confidence to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience within professional services, consultancy, or other fast-paced, growth-focused environments is advantageous.
- Comfortable spending time in an Axiom office when needed for collaboration.
