About the Role
Housing Visions is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the continuous, efficient, and safe completion of maintenance work across its portfolio. This role involves overseeing maintenance services, assisting with preventative maintenance programs, emergency response, and training staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe completion of maintenance work.
- Ensure the highest quality of all maintenance services provided.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring regular and preventative maintenance programs are followed.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring emergency preparedness and response plans are in place.
- Assist with processing work orders.
- Assist with training Laborers and Maintenance staff.
- Facilitate special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
