About the Role

The pro-samed network for health is expanding its IT infrastructure and processes and is looking for reinforcement for its small IT team to support the operation of Hyper-V and VMware clusters, manage Microsoft environments, ensure network stability, and develop IT security.

Responsibilities

Operate Hyper-V and VMware clusters with approximately 200 virtual servers (primarily Windows, also Linux).
Maintain systems with patch management, data backup, and monitoring using Checkmk.
Administer Microsoft environment including Active Directory, Entra ID (Hybrid), Exchange Online, and Intune for approximately 500 endpoints across five locations.
Ensure stable network operation across all locations, including LAN, firewall, VPN, and site connectivity.
Plan and maintain network segments, VLANs, and firewall rules.
Actively develop IT security and implement security measures.
Conceptualize and implement projects for IT infrastructure development, potentially with external service providers.
Provide user support via a ticketing system, phone, and direct assistance.
Participate in on-call duty to ensure continuous IT operations.

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science.
Alternatively, career changers with many years of professional IT experience.
Possess a work permit.
Minimum C1 level German language skills.
Possess a Class B driver's license (desirable, not required).
