You will join a global practice that delivers work ranging from tax advisory and compliance support to technology-enabled solutions, helping financial institutions meet their responsibilities and contribute to greater tax transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Build knowledge of tax transparency and operational tax through structured learning, coaching, and practical client work.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality client work by carrying out research, analysing information, and preparing clear, accurate documentation.
  • Work with colleagues to help clients understand their reporting and compliance obligations, identify risks, and improve processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate progress, questions, and potential issues to the engagement team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across tax, technology, and global delivery teams, contributing to an inclusive and supportive working environment.
  • Help prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and proposals, and contribute ideas that improve services and ways of working.
  • Gain exposure to technology and change projects, including opportunities to work with data and digital tools that support regulatory and compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in tax, financial services, regulation, data, or technology, with a willingness to learn.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and share ideas.
  • An analytical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work with information accurately.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
  • An inclusive and collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Relevant experience gained through study, employment, an internship, a placement year, or other transferable activities.
