About the Role

As a Consultant in Finance Transformation & Workday Financial Management, you will shape finance transformations for national and international clients, guiding projects from target architecture to successful implementation. You will advise clients on finance operating models, ERP transformations, and accounting/controlling matters, developing innovative solutions with Workday Financial Management and Built on Workday to digitize financial processes. You will take responsibility in project teams and advise clients at the management level on complex transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to develop new offerings, expand client relationships, and actively shape the department.

Responsibilities

Shape finance transformations for national and international clients, guiding projects from target architecture to successful implementation.
Advise clients on finance operating models, ERP transformations, and accounting/controlling matters.
Develop innovative solutions with Workday Financial Management and Built on Workday to digitize financial processes.
Take responsibility in project teams and advise clients at the management level on complex transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with your team to develop new offerings, expand client relationships, and actively shape the department.

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree with a finance focus.
Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, ERP transformation, or the digitalization and further development of finance functions.
Knowledge of Workday Financial Management or comparable cloud-based ERP solutions.
Proficient German and English language skills for professional collaboration with national and international clients.
Strong analytical thinking and confident communication skills to successfully drive complex transformation projects with project teams and clients.
