About the Role
Lead the development of complex, multi-tower and multi-service transformation opportunities within the Solution Architecture & Planning team, architecting end-to-end integrated solutions using the best mix of offerings, assets and capabilities to maximise value for the client and Accenture. Act as the subject matter expert and decision-maker on solutions that span multiple teams, presenting them to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your knowledge of technology, function or platform.
- Work with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to shape winnable solutions that support the client value proposition and business case.
- Give strategic guidance so solution approaches align with client objectives and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to keep solution delivery cohesive and innovative.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Identify ways to improve solution effectiveness and efficiency.
- Champion best practice and raise quality standards within solution architecture and planning.
Requirements
- Solution Planning, Costing and Pricing: advanced proficiency (required).
- Agentic AI as a first design principle: an understanding of how to apply it to unlock hyper productivity benefits (standard requirement).
- Application and Infrastructure Managed Services: trained, practical proficiency (recommended).
- Application and infrastructure technology: comfortable working across both environments.
- Influencing and advisory skills: the ability to act as a subject matter expert and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Security clearable, which requires at least 5 years’ continuous UK residence is desirable but not essential.
