About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on investment activities, financial calculations, and client relations within the real estate and fund sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct investment activities, including analysis, preparing investment decision templates, and identifying acquisition and sale opportunities.
- Develop profitability and feasibility calculations.
- Manage the acquisition and sale processes of fund participations and real estate properties.
- Provide comprehensive support to shareholders and investors.
- Create secondary market documents, purchase offers, and purchase agreements.
- Develop fund strategies.
- Perform controlling and reporting, and manage fund properties in the ERP system.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on finance or comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in investment management is advantageous.
- Strong affinity for numbers and an analytical, structured way of working.
- German language skills at C1 level or higher.
- Proficient in MS Office.
