About the Role
Join traide AI, a fast-growing B2B deep tech startup, and contribute to reshaping global trade through AI-powered customs compliance solutions. As an Intern Founders Associate to the Chief of Staff, you will own projects and drive initiatives in various business areas, gaining direct exposure to the founding team and startup scaling.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of sub-projects in finance, people & culture, business development, or operations.
- Identify and drive new initiatives.
- Support the Chief of Staff in daily operational and strategic tasks.
- Drive recruiting processes from job postings to employer branding.
- Manage finance operations including invoicing, payment tracking, and KPI dashboards.
- Plan and execute internal events and shape team culture.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose AI-first solutions.
- Potentially take on partner management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (late stage) or Master's program, ideally in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- First experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, or similar).
- Motivated to take on a wide range of tasks with a hands-on mentality.
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity, with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and maintain quality.
- Excellent German (C1 or native) and English skills (B2 or better).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
