About the Role
We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students, and technical college students who would enjoy a part-time job in the hostel, working flexibly in different shifts like reception, bar, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage Check-In and Check-Out of guests at the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officer.
- Cater to guest needs and answer their questions to ensure an enjoyable stay.
- Serve hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar, and prepare cocktails.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Officially enrolled at university with a valid enrollment certificate.
- Enjoy interacting with guests and being a host.
- Independent work ethic with high commitment and teamwork.
- Knowledgeable about the city to provide tips to guests.
- Enjoy interacting with guests at any time of day or night.
- German and English skills at B1 level.
