About the Role

Colton RV & Marine is hiring an RV Driver/Transporter to assist with moving, delivering, and staging RVs across our locations. This role is ideal for a confident driver who enjoys variety and wants a hands-on role with a company that’s driven, dependable, and people-focused.

Responsibilities

Move RV inventory of varying size safely between locations
Use smartphone app to report status of moves
Maintain the cleanliness and order of Company vehicles and property
Perform Pre-Trip inspections
Be familiar with DOT Regulations
Deliver, level, and hook up RV’s at campsites
Move vehicles to maintain flow of traffic
Communicate with supervisor and other dealership staff effectively and efficiently
Drive/Pull inventory to and from Dealerships, Campgrounds, Customers, and Other Locations
Perform other duties as assigned
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record
Pre-employment background check, including drug screening
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
Periods of standing, walking the lot/shop, bending, and stooping

Skills

Verifiable Experience driving RVs/campers preferred (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.)
CDL A/B or R Endorsement required
DOT Medical Certificate required
Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
Able to prioritize moves in order of importance
Self-starter

Education Level

High School diploma or GED
