About the Role

Remitly is building several partnership motions, including employer partnerships, high-value sender partnerships, Remitly Business integrations, and partnerships with comparison sites, publishers, and cashback partners. This role will own everything from the term sheet to a live, tracked, protected, and reporting partner. You will be the single owner of Remitly's affiliate platform (Impact) and the operational work required to launch and support affiliates across all segments and markets. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role reporting to the Director of Global Owned Channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own Remitly's Impact account end-to-end, including partner approvals, contract templates, payout rules, promo and tracking link setup, and data hygiene.
  • Approve or reject inbound partners based on quality criteria and audit existing partners to ensure no unknown or inactive partner earns commission.
  • Review all negotiated deals at the term sheet stage to confirm feasibility, including Impact's ability to hold commercial terms, promo buildability, landing page and creative capacity, and Customer Support readiness.
  • Write technical requirements for engineering when needed, such as verifying employees for employer offers.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships to prioritize the onboarding pipeline based on launch and support capacity.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of taking signed partners from contract to live, including generating tracking and promo code links, briefing creative teams, and coordinating with Global Brand for organic social launches.
  • Conduct end-to-end offer and URL testing to ensure promo functionality.
  • Brief Customer Support and complete a launch checklist for new partners.
  • Manage the review and approval workflow for partner-facing assets to ensure brand consistency and offer accuracy.
  • Serve as the technical and troubleshooting contact for partners and Strategic Partnerships post-launch.
  • Build partner-level fraud monitoring with I&T and AdTech teams, covering key metrics and acting on alerts by suspending partners and flagging volume for payment holds.
  • Provide reporting to Strategic Partnerships for program management and partner performance.
  • Deliver trusted views of partner performance, including CAC and NPV per partner, to segment GMs.
  • Report monthly on platform health.
  • Document runbooks and controls, and build AI workflows to ensure program scalability and reduce dependency on individuals.
  • Prepare the platform for handover at the end of the 12-month contract, ensuring it runs cleanly and can scale with partner volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running affiliate or partner programs on the operations, platform, or technical program management side, preferably in fintech, payments, or another regulated, fraud-exposed category.
  • Hands-on administration of Impact (impact.com) or a comparable platform (e.g., CJ, Awin, Rakuten, PartnerStack), including managing contracts, payout rules, promo codes, and tracking.
  • Working knowledge of mobile app attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer), including probabilistic attribution and click flooding, and the ability to identify them in data.
  • Proven track record of managing launches that involve cross-functional teams (engineering, creative, legal, fraud, support) and securing commitments.
  • Experience managing intake and prioritization when demand exceeds capacity, and aligning stakeholders across business lines on launch timelines.
  • Analytical fluency, including pulling partner-level performance data, building alerts, and explaining anomalies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated judgment to decline partners or deals and the clarity to articulate the reasoning.
