This role involves providing a focused management service to residents in Over 55’s Housing schemes, managing building access, and ensuring security. It serves as the first point of contact for residents, requiring excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams to enhance resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors.
- Act as a key-holder for the building.
- Ensure the security of communal areas and facilities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to deliver services to residents.
- Deal with emergencies.
- Organize and prioritize own workload.
- Travel across the region as required.
- Cover other schemes in the area as needed.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
